Who is Adrian?
About Me
I’m a senior at California State University Fullerton, pursuing a double major in Business Administration with focuses on Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing, and a minor in Computer Science. As a US Marine Corps Sergeant, I developed strong leadership skills, a robust work ethic, and a deep appreciation for financial independence.
Professional Experience
In my multiples roles at a Fortune 500 company and a USMC Sergeant, I have led global strategic partnerships and managed multimillion-dollar projects ranging from aircraft operations to electrical hardware construction. My extensive consulting experience spans both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, focusing on go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, and SEO implementation.
Entrepreneurial Pursuits
My entrepreneurial ambitions are deeply rooted in the real estate sector, where I focus on multi-family property investments. Leveraging the BRRR method, I am committed to expanding my portfolio and deepening my understanding of financial freedom and the power of mindset.
In addition to my real estate ventures, I am the founder of an emerging product scheduled to launch by Q2 2025. This initiative represents a culmination of my skills in project management and my passion for innovation.
Academic Advancement
I have been admitted to Cohort 13 of the USC Masters in Business for Veterans program, which is set to begin in July 2025. This opportunity will further enhance my business acumen and strategic leadership capabilities, preparing me for future challenges and innovations.
Commitment to Community
Looking further ahead, I aspire to establish a nonprofit organization aimed at nurturing the young, innovative minds of South LA—a community often underserved and lacking in opportunities to foster and finance innovative ideas. My goal is to empower these future leaders by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive.
